Prayer is a gift from the Father through which we petition and beseech our Lord to hear, see, and act. The SLBC Prayer Team consists of over seventy (70) praying members that corporately raise to our Lord our individual prayers for health, family, finances, and trials. The prayer team also prays for individuals, sharing encouragement in love.

James 5:16, “Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.”
